Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and digital logs
- Inspect and prepare products for shipment following quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment including conveyors and sorting systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace organization
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Preferable experience with WMS systems like SAP or Oracle
