Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage and mentor 10-15 team members, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accuracy and minimize losses
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Conduct regular safety training and OSHA compliance audits
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and transactions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with lean methodologies and process optimization
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
