Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and heavy machinery in a fast-paced environment
- Manage inventory tracking systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics operations with shipping/receiving teams
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows
- Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce safety protocols
- Train junior staff on material handling best practices
- Perform cycle counts and reconciliation audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with WMS/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong mathematical and inventory management skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license
