Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, crates, and other containers
- Move materials and products to and from storage areas, production areas, and loading docks
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counts
- Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
