Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials in and out of the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels and locations.
- Packaging: Properly package and label products to ensure safe delivery to customers.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and report any maintenance issues with equipment promptly.
- Adherence to Safety: Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Equipment Certification: Forklift certification is a plus.
