As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Pack, label, and prepare goods for shipment or delivery to clients.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as required by management.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying quantities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
