Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming shipments against invoices, checking for damages, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Organize and store inventory in designated racks and bins to maintain an orderly warehouse.
- Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist in inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to all safety regulations and 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery (certification preferred).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
