Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Package and label products for shipment, adhering to all shipping guidelines.
- Assist in the receiving of incoming freight and the staging of outgoing orders.
- Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
