Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from shelves and storage areas using scanners and pick lists.
- Pack items securely using boxes, bubble wrap, and other protective materials to ensure safe transit.
- Verify order accuracy and inspect products for defects or damage before shipping.
- Label packages accurately with shipping addresses and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but experience is not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills for following pick lists and safety guidelines.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
