Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping docks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and logging stock movements.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to meet daily shipping and receiving deadlines.
- Perform regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing stock to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the organization of pallets and storage areas to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or material handling is a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift certification (we provide training).
- Strong physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
