Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and transport materials using forklifts/pallet jacks
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal safety performance
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas with precise documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Operate warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with WMS software familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
