Job Overview
We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to perform general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products to and from trucks and storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, count, and verify stock against shipping documents to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correct and properly labeled.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized and clean to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on material handling equipment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including logs and reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- License: Valid Forklift Operator certification (or willingness to be certified upon hire).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
