Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels using modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and ensure proper documentation and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in the packaging and preparation of goods for distribution and shipping.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory discrepancies and operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Forklift certification is a plus; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable mode of transportation.
