Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory records and cycle count accuracy
- Prepare outbound shipments for distribution with proper labeling
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
