Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, or loading docks efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and verify shipment contents.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts and update stock records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production targets are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a strong plus but not mandatory for all roles.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
