Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Manage inventory levels by accurately checking stock, recording data, and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, adhering to strict safety and sanitation protocols.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying contents against bills of lading.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline supply chain operations and reduce bottlenecks.
- Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or in logistics preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory tracking systems.
