Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stage materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, counting, and stocking of products to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Shipping & Receiving: Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Organization: Keep warehouse aisles clear and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, reach trucks) safely and perform basic maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Certification: Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
- Attitude: Must demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
