Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying shipment contents for accuracy and damage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular cycle counts.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free workspace.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipping according to customer specifications.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we offer on-the-job training.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift operator certification.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and bending.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
