Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety regulations.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to 5S standards.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Follow all safety protocols, operational procedures, and company policies strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding inventory status and operational needs.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels, pick tickets, and scan barcodes.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not strictly required.
