Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from storage areas or shipping docks.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Operate handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage inventory levels.
- Perform pick, pack, and ship duties efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and process orders.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus (training available).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
