Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, damage, and defects.
- Organize and maintain warehouse areas to ensure maximum efficiency and safety compliance.
- Operate RF scanners and inventory management systems to update stock levels in real-time.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness duties.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to obtain one.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
