Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products from trailers, trucks, and shipping docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, shortages, and accuracy before processing.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse areas to ensure easy access and efficient workflow.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and adhere to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris regularly.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and operate forklifts or other machinery (training provided).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus.
