Responsibilities
- Material Movement: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Accurately pick, pack, and stage items for shipment while maintaining inventory records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and integrity of goods.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment (MHE) and RF scanners efficiently.
- Documentation: Properly complete all required paperwork, including packing slips and logs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and navigate warehouse environments.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and documentation.
- Reliability: Punctual with a track record of consistent attendance.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
