Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, packing stations, conveyor systems)
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging
- Update inventory systems in real-time using our proprietary software
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with remote team members for seamless order fulfillment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Nashville facility
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Teams)
