Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, voice-pick systems) to accurately select and pack orders
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners to maintain precise stock levels
- Follow safety protocols for equipment operation and warehouse navigation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize order fulfillment workflows
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment per company standards
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation certification)
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies
