Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Stack and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory counts
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
