Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in our WMS system
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and storage areas
- Operate warehouse technology (RF scanners, conveyors) with precision
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of material handling or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
