Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move inventory throughout the facility
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming shipments using WMS systems
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas to comply with OSHA regulations
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
