Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and update stock databases in real-time.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Package and label goods accurately for shipment or storage, adhering to shipping standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely delivery of goods to the right locations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus; we offer paid training for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices or scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
