Responsibilities
- Lead 20+ associates in daily receiving, picking, and shipping operations
- Implement lean practices to boost efficiency by 15%+ annually
- Ensure OSHA compliance through rigorous safety protocols
- Manage inventory accuracy with WMS systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Analyze KPIs and prepare executive performance reports
- Train staff on new equipment and process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Expertise in inventory control and cycle counting
- Proven leadership in unionized/non-union settings
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and inventory software
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
