Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately prepare, pack, and label shipments according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Inventory Management: Assist in conducting cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the storage area clean, orderly, and compliant with safety regulations to prevent accidents.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but no experience is required as we provide comprehensive training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work the Overnight Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
