Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products within warehouse
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems
- Load/unload shipments while verifying documentation and product integrity
- Organize and maintain clean, organized storage areas for optimal efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
