Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse settings
- Safely load/unload trucks and stage inventory using RF scanners
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Train new operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (3+ years)
- 2+ years experience in warehouse/material handling
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with RF scanning systems and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Forklift-specific certifications (e.g., Yale, Hyster preferred)
