Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse staff through training and performance reviews
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency improvements
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and vendor issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA certification and strong safety compliance knowledge
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Proven team leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Data analysis capabilities for operational reporting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
