Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock with precision.
- Warehouse Operations: Load, unload, and stage materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Shipping & Receiving: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements using WMS software.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on material handling equipment and report any issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to resolve bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field.
- Skills: Proven ability to operate forklifts (Forklift Certification is a plus).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Technical: Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward safety.
