Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to transport materials
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Maintain precise inventory records using our WMS system and conduct regular cycle counts
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with zero-error accuracy standards
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
