Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment to move materials
- Inspect and maintain inventory accuracy using WMS systems
- Load/unload shipments while adhering to safety protocols
- Organize warehouse layout for optimal efficiency and accessibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow OSHA standards
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
