Responsibilities
- Safely move materials and finished goods throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Load/unload trucks and verify inventory against shipping/receiving documents
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, scanner) following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Complete required paperwork and maintain digital inventory records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license required
