Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS systems
- Inspect and report damaged goods or safety hazards to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Support loading/unloading of trucks and shipping containers
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check
- Flexibility to work various shifts (including weekends if needed)
