Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders and prepare items for shipment in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels using RF scanners.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
