Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Accurately receive, scan, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas using FIFO principles
- Prepare outbound shipments for delivery, including packing and labeling
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in annual inventory audits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
