Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Ensure warehouse aisles and work areas remain clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily performance targets.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read order labels and pick slips.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
