Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Forklift certification (if not available, on-the-job training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
