Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and correct labeling.
- Utilize RF scanning technology to track inventory levels and update warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare pallets for shipping and ensure proper documentation is filed.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
