Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Manage inventory by scanning barcodes and updating stock levels in the WMS system.
- Prepare and pack customer orders with precision and care to minimize damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment of shipments.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
