Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping labels with high accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Operate warehouse management software and handheld scanning equipment to track shipments.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License (Class B or CDL preferred).
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and workplace cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
