Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders and prepare packages for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent loss during transit.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently and organize materials in designated storage areas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum education requirement.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift Certification: Preferred, but on-the-job training available for qualified candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Safety Conscious: Commitment to following all OSHA safety guidelines.
