Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment to transport inventory safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.8% accuracy standards
- Load/unload shipments using RF scanning systems with zero tolerance for errors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Train on new equipment and processes to maintain operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling or warehouse experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
