Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Scan and track inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for shift work
