Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Organize and maintain inventory in refrigerated and dry storage areas
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to retail partners
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work in cold environments (refrigerated facilities)
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
